Photo Scanning Available
We offer a photo scanning service. Mail or drop off your photos and we will scan them and e-mail them directly to you. The fee for this service is $1.00 per photo. You pick the size and format of your scanned images.
Basic photo editing is also available. Ask for a quote on your specific job. Options available include:
Note: You are responsible for any postage fees to send or return your photos to/from our office. You are welcome to drop-off and pick-up your photos in our Indiana, PA office.
Note: You are responsible for the cost of the cd or disk if you want your
photos saved to a cd or disk instead of e-mailed to you.
File Conversion and Editing

Layout and Prepress Services
Small Town Life Publishing also prepares other publications for print. We use Quark Express to prepare a cd that can be given to a commercial printer. We can provide photos and content or work from the photos and content that you provide to us.
We can prepare layout based on any size publication you request and any color format you require.
We can also provide you with printing quotes from a variety of commercial printers or work with the printer you already use.
We can help you with ad layout and proofs for your advertisers.
If you need something that we can not provide, we can refer you to
professional writers, photographers, and artists that we have worked with
in the past.
Newsletter Services Available
Small Town Life Publishing also produces newsletters for a variety of businesses and organizations.
We can take your format and continue to produce your newsletter in that format - or create a new format based on your goals for the publication.
We can provide the finished newsletter on a disk ready to send to a commercial printer or in a pdf format that can be e-mailed to your employees/members via e-mail.
We can serve as a central location for your employees/members to send their newsletter contributions and then incorporate those submissions into your newsletter each month. Or we can produce the newsletter based on the theme you give us for each issue using your own information or the information we generate for you.
We can also help you to create a new newsletter for you business or organization to keep your employees/members up to date on what is new in your organization.
Typing Services
We can type text, chart information, or tables into a file for you. This service is used by professionals who do not want to spend their valuable time typing raw data when they make their money doing the work that only they can do. Our minimum charge per job is $20.00. Our hourly rate for typing is $25.00 per hour. We are happy to give you an estimate before we start your project.
